Schedule Vacation and Service Hold… If you wish to hold service due to vacation please notify us at least one week in advance of that vacation. Service hold credits are honored when no pickup or delivery is needed at your address. If you have dirty diapers, they need to be picked up and even if we don’t deliver your clean diapers; this does not qualify as a vacation week.

Change Diaper Size… Has your baby grown out of his or her diaper size? Please notify us of the need to move to a larger diaper size at least one week before your next delivery. On the day of your size change, please leave out all the remaining clean diapers (all but a handful of course) along with your dirty diapers.

Shopping Cart… We restrict our retail sales to our customers only so we can make sure we have available the cloth diapering accessories that you need. If there are products you think we should carry, be sure to let us know. All purchases made by the Friday prior to your regularly scheduled pickup date will be delivered to you the next week. Purchases made after Friday will be delivered the following week.

Gift Certificates… Give diaper service as a gift! available for purchase of cloth diaper service only. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.

Refer A Friend… Spread the word! All current clients who refer a new client that signs up will get $25.00 service credit posted to their account once that referral pays for their 1st month. There are no limits to the amount of referral credits you can earn.

Cancel Your Service… You may cancel your service at any time after the first four week agreement is over. For cancellations, please let us know at least one week in advance. At the final pick-up please leave out all of your clean diapers (in a separate bag) along with the dirty diapers and all rental equipment. If we are unable to retrieve all the diapers and rental items, or any are lost or damaged we will charge you for the items. We’re sad to see any of our customers leave, however, we know diapers won’t be needed forever. We’ve enjoyed serving your family.

Diaper Service changes need to be submitted the Friday prior to your next delivery day in order to be effective immediately. Otherwise, all changes made using the above links will be made effective the following delivery week
